Controlling music play back

Listening to music on the iPhone is very nice experience. You have a wonderful interface
to control the songs you are listening to as well as a very rich method of controlling the
quality of music play back. Let us discuss some of the controls that Apple has provided
along with the music player.

Play / pause: This is the regular button to play or pause. Nothing special about that, but
here is something new. You can use the earphone clicker to do this functionality. A single
click can be used to toggle between play and pause.

Previous / Next: These perform the same function as the buttons on iPod. If you press the
previous button while you are at the middle of a song then you go to the beginning of the
song. If you already are in the beginning then you go to the beginning of the previous
song. Pressing the next button takes you to the beginning of the next song. You can also
skip to the next son by double clicking the earphone clicker.

Loop: You can tap this once to loop though an entire album. If you tap this twice, you
will loop through the current song. Tapping for the third time turns off looping.

Shuffle: If you want to randomize the order of songs being played, just tap this.
