Working with emails on iPhone

If you have done the job of setting up an email account on your iPhone, you have finished the tough job. You now need to just read you mails. Here are some things about how to read mails on your iPhone.

When you have a new message on your iPhone, you will see a mail icon on the home screen. The number next to this contains the number of unread mail messages in your inbox. If you have unread mails, you can just tap on the notification icon to view the mail messages. If you have more than one email account set up on your iPhone, you will see more than one icon corresponding to each email account. The same tap on the icon will work for all of them. Your mailbox will display a list of all your messages where you can tap a message to view them. When a message is being displayed you can view additional options under the message.

You can use the following actions to control the messages being displayed on the screen:
Tap the next message button to view the next message
Tap the previous message button to view the previous message
Tap the check for new messages button to check for new messages
Tap the file message button to file this message in a different folder
Tap the delete message button to delete the message displayed
 Tap the reply/reply all/forward button to reply/reply all/forward.
Tap the new message button to create a new message.
