Your iPhone, your personal assistant
With the scheduling and calendar event management, you can you your iPhone as
your personal assistant. You can store information about meetings, appointments
and other scheduled activities in your iPhone and it will remember them for you. To
make your busy life easy, iPhone has an easy method to let you add new
appointments on the fly.
* Select the calendar application form the home screen.
* Tap the �+� button at the upper right corner of the screen. This lets you add a
new event to your calendar.
* First select the �Title locatoin� button and type in as much information as you
need and tap �Save�.
* If your calendar entry has a start or end time or both, select the starts and
ends fields and enter the time. To enter the time you can use the cool wheels
that are available here. Set the times and tap �Save�.
* You can set the all day button to on if the event is something like a birthday
or an anniversary that usually goes on for a whole day.
* If the entry you made occurs regularly, you could tap the �Recurring entry�
and specify how often this event recurs. You have options to select daily,
weekly, once in two weeks, monthly or yearly.
* You can set an alert to remind you about that event by tapping the �Alert�
button.
* You could also enter notes about the event by tapping on the notes button.
* Tap save when you have made all your entries
